Hotel Party Booking Policy/Info

We’re excited to have you celebrate with us! To ensure a fun and smooth experience for everyone, please keep these rules in mind:

1. Hotel Party Passes are for guest who does not purchase a room. Party passes and meals are included when you book a room. 

2.Two-Night Stay Only – All room bookings require a  stay of 2 nights. Single-night stays are not available.

3. Room Occupancy Limits – To keep things comfortable, standard rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests, while suites can hold up to 4 guests. With certain acceptions 1 or 2 guests can be added with the purchase of a 2 night party pass. *Buy pass according to guest added (i.e if adding a SW then purchase pass as such)* Please note that the meals included with the room are for 2 people only. If more than 2 guests are in a room, additional meals will have to be purchased separately.

4. Guest Access – For privacy and security, Only registered hotel guests with a booked room will have access to guest room areas and upstairs spaces.

5. Overnight Stays – Only registered guests with a hotel room can stay on the property overnight. Unfortunately, no outside guest or Party Pass holders are allowed to stay at the hotel overnight.

6. Check-In & Guest Verification – All guests must check in with valid ID. Hotel staff may verify guest lists to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

7. Closed Door Policy - We suggest booked hotel guests keep their room door closed. EliteseductionsxXx and hotel property/management will not be responsible for stolen/damaged personal property. Nor will we be responsible for stolen/damaged hotel property. Responsibility will fall on hotel room owner. 

8. Security & Compliance – Our team is here to help! We just ask that everyone follow these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. As always, if you see something say something!

Any violation of this policy/rules will result in a removal from the property immediately! No refunds of reimbursement for remaining stay will be granted. We appreciate your cooperation and can’t wait to host you! Let us know if you have any questions. Enjoy your stay!

Haunted Hollywood Halloween Soirée

Step into the eerie elegance of Old Hollywood this Halloween as we transform our hotel takeover into a ghostly, glamorous retreat for the most hauntingly stylish weekend of the year. From October 31st to November 2nd, immerse yourself in a world where the spirits of Hollywood’s golden era come alive!

Weekend Festivities:

Friday Night: Haunted Costume Night

• Meet & Greet: 5 PM – 8 PM in the ballroom (Hotel guests with a room only)

• Party Begins: 8 PM

• Party Ends: 4 AM

This year’s costume theme is “Dead or Favorite Celebrities” Dress as an icon of the past or your ultimate Hollywood idol, living or departed. Bring your A-list look for a chance to win Best Dressed!

Saturday Day: Pool Party (Hotel guests with a room only)

From 2 PM - 6 PM

• Lounge, sip, and soak up the haunted Hollywood vibes before the evening’s main event.

Saturday Night: Ghostly Glam Cocktail Affair

• Party Begins: 8 PM

• Party Ends: 4 AM

Channel your inner silver-screen starlet or dapper leading man in Old Hollywood (or regular) cocktail attire and dance the night away.

Door Decorating Contest –

Bring the haunted to Hollywood! Deck out your door for a chance to win spooktacular prizes.

Costume Winners Announced –

Show off your wicked wardrobe for a shot at exclusive prizes and bragging rights as the most hauntingly fabulous guest.
