This means that tickets and/ room(s) cannot be assigned, resold, or transferred to another individual under any circumstances. FULLFILLMENT POLICY

Digital Product Delivery

All purchases made on Elyteevents.com are digital in nature. These may include:

• Event passes
• Hotel room packages
• Private access credentials
• Pre-event instructions or agreements

No physical items will be shipped.

Confirmation & Fulfillment Process

Upon successful payment:

• You will receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes of purchase.
• Within 7 Days before the event, you will receive a second email with:
  • Event location details (if not already disclosed)
  • Hotel check-in instructions (if applicable)
  • Digital ticket or access credentials
  • Any required agreements or consent forms (most received upon event arrival)

Hotel Room Packages

If your purchase includes a hotel room:

• Your reservation is pre-paid and non-transferable.
• Check-in is handled upon event arrival— your name (or alias) will be on the event guest list.
• Room type (e.g., King, Double) may be requested but is subject to availability.
• You may be required to provide a valid ID and credit card for incidentals at the hotel upon check-in.

We do not guarantee early check-in, late check-out, or specific room requests.

Changes & Cancellations

Due to the exclusive nature of our events and accommodations:

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by us.
• Name or alias changes may be requested up to 7 days before the event, subject to approval.
• In rare circumstances (e.g., hotel overbooking), we reserve the right to provide a comparable room at a nearby property or issue a partial refund.
